The amount paid by all persons interested in the company is not refundable in all projects, but it is transferable in some projects. If he/she is unable to work, he/she can leave only by placing another person in his post.
The fee paid by them when they become a business partner and take a franchise is transferable, while the money paid in other projects is not transferable and returnable .
